SunRay Power was founded in 2010, and is headquartered in NYC. We finance, develop, own, and operate solar energy systems. Our projects vary in scale from utility/ community, to commercial and industrial.
We developed over 175 solar projects with a total nameplate capacity of over 68 MW. Our team has extensive experience developing and operating rooftop, carport, and ground-mounted systems.
We currently own and operate over 75 solar projects across the U.S. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, national real estate firms, local governments, and non-profits.

Analyzing markets for upcoming incentives and legislative changes
Negotiating all agreements to take a project forward, including but not limited to, land leases, energy purchase agreements, net metering agreements, PILOT, construction and maintenance agreements
Maintaining strong relationships with current clients, including Fortune 500, municipalities and national real estate investment firms to allow for early adoption into up and coming markets of interest
Managing all aspects of early-stage development with client, governmental bodies and utilities

Analyzing system output and maximizing production
Managing all revenue streams including SREC trading and electricity sales
Managing local and governmental reporting requirements
Managing environmental attribute trading, grants, rebates, and other incentives.
